This class will focus on acrobatic movements such as handstands, cartwheels, walkovers and partner balancing as well as flexibility movements such as standing scales and various backbends. Each class will include exercises to lengthen, strengthen and condition your body!
This fitness class is perfect for you if you have never done a handstand or a cartwheel, or are looking for tips to improve your skills!
