Floor based flexibility training. Learn all things flexible with our amazing instructors.

FLOW & CORE - NO POLE

Come flow with NaRae on the floor!

We will not only work the core, but also joints and other muscles to try any shapes you could imagine! 

We won’t be using a mat; leggings, loose sweatpants, a thin long sleeve or loose tank top. Comfy clothes that will cover your legs and butt recommended! 

Knee pads are required for this class.

Christy's own High-Intensity-Interval-Training that works on flexibility while getting you super sweaty and working on techniques needed to become a pole NINJA!
