Pilates Reformer

Pilates Reformer training uses the remarkable Reformer machines to build core strength, pelvic stability, and long lean muscles. These machines can be used in hundreds of ways - let our trainers show you!

Aerials: Silks, Hoop, and Pole! 

We offer personal training in Aerial silks, Hammock, Aerial Hoop, Trapeze, and Pole. Progress even faster with individualized attention to help you land those tricks you just can't figure out in class! 


The GYROTONIC® method is three-dimensional and circular compared to the linear movements of Pilates. It involves strengthening joints and releasing tension via spiraling movements. Try it with our master trainer Christy! 


The GYROKINESIS® method gently works the entire body, opens energy pathways, stimulates the nervous system, increases range of motion, and creates functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique movement practice which has roots in Yoga, Tai Chi, gymnastics, and dance.
