Studio Policies
-
*All sales are final. No refunds. No extensions. All classes must be attended before package expiry date. Packages are not transferable.

* All Youth PD days require 48 hours notice in order to move credit to another date.
-
* Registration for Full Week Camps can only be transferred to another camp if done with 8 weeks notice.
-
* Aerial and Pole Classes as well as personal training require a 24-hour cancellation notice in order to receive a make up class to be used before your package expires. Late cancellations will result in loss of the session.

* Mind Body Classes require an 12 hour cancellation notice in order to receive a make up class.
-
* INCLEMENT WEATHER : In the case of class cancellation due to inclement weather students will be early cancelled from their class and they can make up there class in an alternate time slot before there package expires.

*FORCED CLOSURES : any forced closures due to COVID or other safety concerns out of our control, classes can be made up before your package expiry unless the government is supporting us with funding as it has so far.
Aerial Program Health and Safety Policies:

Mats must be wiped down after each use with a Vital Oxide solution before students exit their class.

Every aerial student must use a crash mat no matter your level.
Aerial Program Dress Code Policies
-
Shoes must be removed before entering the studios.
-
Wear comfortable, flexible activewear - leggings and a body suit or fitted top are recommended (nothing baggy that will go over your head if you are upside down)

Ensure there is no metal on your clothing (ie. buckles, zippers, etc) that could damage the equipment or cause personal injury

No jewelry is permitted - this includes rings, necklaces, bracelets and watches, earrings, facial piercings, and any exposed body piercings. A ziploc bag can be provided for safe storage.

Nails must be kept short and neat - no fake nails or nail jewelry are permitted. Nail files are available in studio in case of any breaks or snags.
Pole Program Health and Safety Policies:

Poles must be wiped down after each use with Isopropyl Alcohol before students exit their class

Mats must be wiped down after each use with a Vital Oxide solution before students exit their class.

Every pole student must use a Crash Mat for all inversions no matter your level.

Grip Aids: approved grip aids for use on the poles are Dry Hands, Tite Grip, Mighty Grip, Dew Point, and StickinesS (made by us!). No iTac or Rosin is permitted on the poles.
Pole Program Dress Code Policies:

Shoes must be removed before entering the studios.

For Pole Level 1, students should wear full-length leggings or cropped leggings - not shorts.

For Pole Levels 2 and up, students should wear shorts - leggings with grip are also an option for those who may not want to wear shorts.

No hand, wrist, foot, ankle, or other exposed body jewelry is permitted - this includes rings, toerrings, bracelets/watches, anklets, and belly button rings. A ziploc bag can be provided for safe storage.

For students with high levels of perspiration, a sweat towel is recommended.

Do not moisturize prior to class (hands, legs, feet, etc) - if you do moisturize the day of your class, dish soap can be used to remove any residue.

Specific classes may require the use of socks and/or knee pads - please reach out to us if you are unsure if this is required for your class!

For Poling in Heels classes, only pole approved heel brands may be used (Pleasers, Hella Heels, & Bordello); however, if you have a similar brand that has been widely used within the pole heels community, please feel free to contact us about them. Heel Rentals are also available.

Before heading to the studio:

Are you dressed and ready for class?

Students need to come ready for class. We ask that you do not bring extra gear other than what you may require for your class.

Please review the Dress Code policies specific to your type of class.

Have you pre-paid or purchased a package?

Please do so in advance wherever possible. Spots cannot be hold without an advance payment.

Arrival and Check in:
-
Students must wait outside of the main studio doors or in the lobby until they are instructed to proceed to their class.

Students must sign in to their class.
-
Hand sanitizer will be available for use upon entry.
-
Please remove your shoes upon entering the lobby.
-
The instructor or front desk staff will direct you to the appropriate studio when it is ready for your class.

Cleaning equipment & departure:

At the end of class, the instructor will provide some guidelines on proper cleaning of studio equipment.

Our Air Flow in the Studio
Here at inesS, we have an amazing HVAC systems that constantly brings fresh air into the building and releases it back out, with great filters. We have 4 different units powerful units to keep our air fresh.
